There are some long steep hills in this course, which takes you to Lake Katsurazawa and Lake Shuparo. You will also visit the Coal Mining Museum, which gives you a look back at the prosperous era of this mining town. There aren't many shops on the way, so be sure to carry plenty of water and food.

This course starts in Horoshin and heads for Rumoi. The sight of the sea coming into view is really impressive. But the course also runs through mountainous areas with plenty of ups and downs. There are not so many shops on the way, so make sure to bring food and drinks with you!
