SPRACHI de Cycling User's Guide

For all levels of cyclists to enjoy, we have three different cycling courses of varying distances in each season:
the shortest "Family Course", the middle distance "Sport Course", and the longest "Active Course".
Choose the course that's appropriate for you depending on your strength, skill and experience.
We also have courses of over 100 kilometers for more experienced cyclists. *But don't overexert yourself!
We chose each course with its seasonal attractions in mind.
But the same course has different charms in different seasons.
Create your own course and enjoy cycling!

1.Courses

The cycling courses on this map have relatively light car traffic. Refer to this to create your own original routes that include tourist spots or popular restaurants you're interested in.

2.Road gradients

The road gradients are shown for each course. Large hills and passes are graded in five levels using star marks. Take a look at these before you start!
